One thing we love about our work is its sheer diversity and the challenges that brings. We are currently working on an exciting and innovative project which involves taking all the elements from the inside of a Boeing 737 and fitting them onto a flight simulator. Passengers on this flight will get a birds eye view through its windows, travelling through space and time from the present day, along the Jurassic Coast, back to the Jurassic Period.
The Dorset and East Devon Coast World Heritage Site (known as the Jurassic Coast) is England’s first natural World Heritage Site. It stretches 95 miles from East Devon to Dorset with rocks recording 185m years of the Earth’s history.
Both fun and educational the idea was conceived and developed by experiential artist – designer Richard Hartnell based in Lyme Regis, Dorset.
You can take a trip Onboard from 4th – 10th May 2012 at Lyme Regis and between 26th July – 9th September at Weymouth, Dorset where the Olympic and Paralympic Sailing Competitions will be taking place. More details can be found here.
